Q. Where is the track?
A.

Q. When will my vouchers be delivered?
A.
Provided orders are placed between 9:30am and 3:00pm Monday to Friday, orders will be dispatched using '1st Class Delivery' via the 'Royal Mail', on the same day. Please expect 2-5 working days delivery time. All customers have the option to choose our 'Next Day Special Delivery' service, again via the Royal Mail. This guarantee's a next day delivery before 1pm. Our 'Next Day Special Delivery' service is charged at £10.00 per order and is available Mon-Thurs or £15 for Friday's only. Please note if you order out of office hours, your next day will be the following day from our office re-opening.
Q.How long has your company been trading?
A.
We have been trading since 2005. Some people are worried about companies disappearing with their money when buying online. Don't worry this wont happen, and if it did you are covered by your credit card insurance. We exhibit each year at Top Gear Live and are firmly established in the industry.
Q. I’ve just purchased on experience from your website – how long does the season run for?
A.
The season runs from March through to November, and we operate on selected dates only throughout the season.You must call to use your voucher at LEAST 12 weeks before the end of the season.
Q. I’ve just purchased on experience from your website – how long is it valid for?
A.
The voucher itself is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Q. Can I purchase a Blank Gift Voucher?
A.
Yes. It’s the best option if you would like to buy a gift of a driving experience and you are not sure when the recipient would like to attend or are not sure which vehicle they would like to drive. Each driving experience voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can buy vouchers in multiples of £50 for the intended recipient. They then contact us to choose their experience with help from our staff. Our open Gift Voucher makes an unusual and exciting present/gift for any keen driver or car enthusiast who would like to experience the fun and thrills of driving one of our beautiful and rare supercar's.
Q. How do I Pay?
A.
You can pay by card via the internet whilst placing your order yourself,or send a cheque (put your reference number on the back) or you can pay by phone. We also have a bank transfer option and once you click on this you will see our account details. You must then do the transfer your self putting your reference number on for ease of recognition.
Q.Do i get a gift pack ?
A.
We don't do gift packs as such, but do very nice full colour A5 card voucher. this can be put into a gift card for your loved ones. we pass on the saving to you in our low prices.
Q. I tried to pay using PayPal™ but it would not go through.
A.
You don't need to have an account setup with PayPal™ to use this method but if you do it is quicker. Once you get through to the PayPal page look for: Guest Checkout and enter your details. Note: if you use this method and already have a PayPal account but don't want to use it, you must use a Card number and E mail that is NOT associated with your account.
Q. What time are you open until?
A.
Our opening hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri), Sales, bookings and enquiries, Saturday 10am – 5pm (Sales), and Sunday 10am – 4pm (Enquiries). Note: We can NOT book your date at the weekend as we are normally busy doing events.
Q. I’ve booked my experience date and was told I’d receive a confirmation email that I should
        bring with me on the day. I’ve checked my emails, but it’s not there.
A.
A. in this situation what has normally happened is that the email was sent, but has been diverted to your ‘junk mail’ folder. Simply go into this folder and check that it’s there. You can then highlight our address and add it to your contacts and change it to ‘not junk’ to prevent this from happening in the future. If you still can't find it E mail us with your name, reference, and drive date. Then we can reply to you.
Q. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my experience?
A.
The event will not be cancelled because it’s raining. Check the front page of the website the week before the date of your experience for confirmation that the event is on. IN the unlikely event that a date was cancelled, we would contact you directly and let you know so that an alternative date could be arranged.
Q. Can I bring guests with me?
A.
Yes. All we ask is that you don’t bring pets!! Guests can also participate in a supercar drive or passenger ride with our instructors as we have Pay & Drive available at every event. Simply ask at the check-in desk for details and for purchasing. If you are a guest and would like to drive then please do not forget to bring along your driving license.
Q. How long will I be at the venue for?
A.
Typically we ask each customer to allow One and a half hours at the venue for a drive in one vehicle and a further one hour per extra car chosen to drive. You will be asked to arrive 45 minutes before your allocated driving slot to ensure that you are signed in correctly and that you are happy as to where you need to be at what time. We don’t like our customers to feel pressured on a day so if you are driving two or more cars then you will have a minimum of half an hour to 1 hour break between each car so as to get refreshments and gather a clear head before the next outing.
Q. What happens on the day?
A.
On arrival at one of our events, there will be a car park, where you will leave your car. You will then be chauffeured to the main track reception and registration area. Upon registering, you will need a copy of your driving license for identification purposes. You will be asked to redeem your voucher at which point you will be given your specific itinerary. You will be asked if you wish to purchase the insurance waiver (if you haven’t done so already), and you will also be asked if you wish to have your driving experience *photographed and/ or **video recorded. Once registering is finished you will be taken round the circuit for 2 laps by one of our qualified instructors in one of our demonstration lap cars (if your experience has this included), he/she is also there to answer any questions you may have. If you don't have any DEMO laps then you can buy this at sign on. Depending on the experience package you have chosen, there may be some waiting around until you are called by one of our instructors. However free tea and coffee is always available (refer to your itinerary slip). Catering in the form of sandwiches/soft drinks etc is also on hand. During your time with us you will always be accompanied by one of our friendly instructors who will give advice on driving technique, and guidance on braking, cornering etc. Finally, you will receive a Driving Experiences Direct certificate, signed by Ross Jones; Director and company owner, you must collect this from the sign on desk. *One framed photograph of your driving experience in one of our supercar's, and the rest of the pictures provided on a CD, will also be available at extra cost, from a professional photographer positioned at the edge of the circuit. **In-car video footage of your driving experience is available at additional cost. All of our cars are equipped with the latest in-car video recording equipment. Should you choose to purchase a recording of your drive, it will be provided on an SD card.
